This privacy policy describes how Court Bookings collects, uses, and protects information from both club administrators (“Clubs”) and end-users (“Players”) who use our court booking and facility management platform.
Clubs provide various details when creating and configuring their tenant, including: club contact information, administrator names and emails, phone numbers, physical addresses, membership fees, payment provider credentials (e.g., Zapper API keys or Yoco keys), smart switch credentials, and configuration settings used to operate club facilities.
Players provide only the information required to use the platform: first name, last name, and email address. Players may also provide booking information relevant to court reservations.
We collect platform activity logs such as booking actions, authentication events, payment attempts, smart-switch commands, and error logs. Although we do not directly collect IP addresses or browser details for analytics, some infrastructure services may automatically generate metadata as part of normal logging operations.
We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Court Bookings platform. This includes enabling bookings, managing memberships, processing payments, recording smart-switch activity, monitoring system reliability, and supporting clubs and players.
We may also use information to contact Clubs regarding platform updates, billing, technical issues, and optional features.
Each Club has full access to the player information stored within its own tenant. Court Bookings does not control or dictate how Clubs manage this data. Clubs are responsible for:
Court Bookings does not share player information with Clubs — instead, the platform simply provides a secure interface where Clubs can access data for their own tenant.
We process information to provide the platform functionality that Clubs request. Clubs typically initiate service by contacting us for a trial or subscription, and continued use of the platform indicates agreement to these terms and our processing of necessary data.
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share information only with trusted third-party service providers required to operate the platform (such as payment gateways). These providers only receive the minimum information necessary for system functionality.
Club-specific data is never shared across tenants. Each Club can only access information within their own tenant.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect stored data. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard information, no system is fully immune to risks.
We retain Club and Player data for as long as necessary to provide the service. If a Club stops using the platform, we may archive or delete data after a reasonable period unless required for legal, security, or audit purposes.
Players may contact their Club at any time to request corrections or deletion of their information. If a Player contacts Court Bookings directly, we will forward the request to the relevant Club, which is responsible for managing Player data.
The platform does not collect age, date of birth, or any sensitive personal information. Only a name and email address are required to create an account. Clubs are responsible for determining whether minors may use the platform and ensuring appropriate parental permissions where applicable.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of changes.
